At this years edition of the RMB Cyberlions award, Komatsu received the Gold medal in the category ‘Viral Advertising’ with the ‘Xtreme precision’-emailing.

Hi, I have been really impressed by the work you have done for Komatsu. However I am slightly confused by the whole process. I have seen one video where you say you emailed people and gave them a specific URL showing the who typed the email. But I have also seen the Cannes Video which shoes the hard copy of the letter being delivered to each client office. Do you mind explaining to me what really happened?
