Douwe Egberts helps formation
The Belgian political parties are negotiating and quarreling for almost 150 days and still haven’t been able to form a new government. Douwe Egberts and Duval Guillaume use the punchline “A good conversation starts with a good coffee” for Douwe Egbert’s campaigns.
Bring those two facts together and you’ve got a guerilla idea: to support the negotiations Douwe Egberts handed out free coffee to the politicians at their hideout in the ‘Wetstraat 10′ in Brussels: a good formation starts with a good coffee.
French speaking politicians Didier Reynders and Joƫlle Milquet - who is known as Madame Non - could appreciate the stunt and enjoyed a free cup of coffee.
